An experienced residential sales and marketing professional, Williams has spent years developing insight into the Northeast Florida business environment.  For more than a decade, she has been an instrumental part of the sales and marketing strategies for the Northeast Florida home building industry.

Williams currently serves on the Florida Homebuilders Association’s Board of Trustees, and is the Immediate Past Chairperson of the Northeast Florida Builders Association’s Sales and Marketing Council.  She is the founder of the annual SMC Benefit Auction and is also involved in local charities such as Builder’s Care.  Williams was awarded an Excel Award for Marketing Director of the Year in 2007 from the Florida Home Builders Association and was recognized by the Jacksonville Business Journal as one of Northeast Florida’s Top 40 Business Professionals Under 40.
