FORTE Group Presents Android Development Talk at Techweek

June 23, 2012 - PRLog -- Paul Turchenko, Android Developer at FORTE Group and Android Development Instructor at FORTE Knowledge, is speaking at Chicago Techweek on Sunday, June 24th at 11:30am.

Paul will be speaking about Android development and how to avoid making common mistakes when approaching application design. His talk, entitled “All of Andoid: Building it Once…the Right Way”, will be held in Venue 5-7C at The Merchandise Mart. He addresses misconceptions in application conversions from iPhone to Android. Paul explains how and why iPhone and Android apps cannot be designed using the same approach. He will walk attendees through several examples of apps that worked on iPhone, but didn’t work on Android.

Paul will outline common mistakes business makes in regards to app conversion. He states, “You may think iPhone and Android apps can be designed using the same approach. They can’t“. His talk will reflect his extensive experience developing Android applications.

Paul Turchenko has been working with FORTE Group as an Android Developer and FORTE Knowledge as Android Development Instructor since 2010. He also works as an Android Developer at DIRECTV.
