Maronda Homes Home Builder Launches "The Buchanan" Video Tour Using Virtual Animation Technology

This is the first video of the 'Presidential Series of Homes' video tour series that they will be launching over the next several months. The Buchanan is one floor plan out of several in the "Presidential Series of Homes" that Maronda Homes has to offer. It's design includes a stately curb appeal and outstanding appointments including stone and brick. The entrance includes a large reception area and grand dining room capable of hosting large dinner parties yet intimate enough to accommodate a candlelit dinner for two.

The family room includes 11 foot boxed beamed ceilings, a 2 sided fireplace, and large windows to allow maximum natural light and open space for all family and friends. There are double French-doors that leads from the family room into the East Ballroom.
