One-of-a-Kind Purse Give-Away Announced by FabricLovers.com

July 1, 2012 - PRLog -- FabricLovers.com, an online fabric store specializing in fun, high quality novelty fabrics for quilters and sewing enthusiasts, is excited to announce their collaboration with Tracey Marcrum, a maker of unique purses, for a fun give-away now through July 17 and a special discount for FabricLoversBlog readers.

"I like that each purse Tracey makes is different and unique, and some feature peacock feathers, gemstones, and other 3-dimensional art. These purses are sure to be noticed!" said Sabra Rounds, owner of FabricLovers.com, who was introduced to Tracey's work through a mutual customer. "Many of our customers make their own purses, so I thought it would be fun to interview someone who does this for a living. It helps to get our creative juices flowing, and it's great to have some visuals to look at for inspiration."

On her blog, FabricLoversBlog.blogspot.com, Sabra interviewed Tracey and asked about her design process, what inspires her, why she loves to design purses, and also asked her to reveal a fun fact about herself. The interview is sprinkled with photos of some of Tracey's latest creations for some gorgeous eye candy.

While Sabra was busy putting together the post, Tracey was busing racking up some accomplishments! She just placed first in the  3-dimensional art category at the Bridgeton River Fest, and she has also made it into the top 15 entrants for a contest that Timeless Treasures, a fabric manufacturer, is putting on. This means the purse she entered for the contest has made it into the last round of judging, and Tracey is eagerly awaiting the final results which should be released sometime in July.

The contest runs from June 27- July 12, 2012, is open to everyone with a US shipping address, and is easy to do.
