Jaguar Naples reports the 3rd consecutive year Jaguar has improved in J.D. Power and Associates IQS

Power and Associates ranks Jaguar second among nameplates in the U.S. Automotive Industry and was the most improved brand in the IQS survey.  2012 is the third consecutive year Jaguar has improved in J.D. Power and Associates IQS. Separately, Jaguar ranked 2nd in J.D. Power and Associates 2011 Automotive Performance, Execution and Layout (APEAL) StudySM.

According to U.S. Jaguar Brand Vice President, David Pryor, “For Jaguar to be the most improved brand in Initial Quality, and tie for 2nd highest among nameplates in industry, is a major accomplishment for everyone in this organization. Customers speak through these studies and it’s imperative that all manufacturers listen.”

Pryor added, “Jaguar customers typically buy on the emotional power of the cars' seductive designs, but today also get the rational benefits of what we believe are best-in-class service and quality. This is especially important for the brand as we prepare for the launch of the new Jaguar F-TYPE two seat sports car.”

For the first five months of 2012, Jaguar U.S. sales are 5,476 units up 9 percent from 5,021 in 2011.

Jaguar has launched a new global brand direction and marketing campaign, themed "ALIVE,” which introduces the famed British brand to luxury consumers in a new modern context. The brand direction is driven by the belief that Jaguar makes the world's most instinctively rewarding performance cars.

Jaguar's 2012 Model Year line-up features three models: The Jaguar XJ luxury sedan, powered by either the naturally-aspirated 385-hp V8, the 470-hp supercharged 5.0 liter V8 or the 510-hp supercharged 5.0 liter V8; the Jaguar XF sports sedan powered by either the naturally-aspirated 385-hp V8, the 470-hp supercharged 5.0 liter V8 or, in the XFR, the 510-hp supercharged 5.0 liter V8 powertrains; and the XK coupe and convertible sports cars powered by either the naturally-aspirated 385-hp V8, or for the XKR, the 510-hp supercharged 5.0 liter V8 powertrains. For 2012, Jaguar has added its highest performance model ever, the 2012 Jaguar XKR-S coupe and convertible with a 550-hp supercharged 5.0 liter V8 powertrain. The Jaguar F-TYPE will join the lineup in 2013.
