Janis Research Company Announces Newly Extended Standard Warranty

July 11, 2012 - PRLog -- Janis Research Company (“Janis”), one of the world’s leading manufacturers of cryogenic research equipment, today announced a newly extended warranty policy for its broad range of cryogen-cooled and cryogen-free products. For orders received after June 30, 2012, Janis will now provide a standard warranty period of three years (36 months) from date of shipment or purchased installation.

“This warranty upgrade is a reflection of our total commitment to quality, reliability, and customer support,” said Tom Pasakarnis, Janis’s CEO. “We recognize that purchasing a cryogenic system represents a long-term commitment for our customers and our extended warranty affirms that the commitment is mutual.”

Janis’ newly extended warranty covers defects in material or workmanship in new products manufactured by Janis (the “Product” or “Products”). It applies to all Products for which a purchase order has been received by Janis on or after July 1, 2012; Products purchased prior to July 1, 2012 are covered by the warranty policy in effect on the date the purchase order was received.
