July 12, 2012 - PRLog -- July 13th, 2012 - Resort Data Processing, Inc., A provider of quality property management software for hotels, condos, vacation rentals, and timeshare resorts, is proud to announce the opening of an additional regional sales office, now in Central Wisconsin.  With offices in Vail, Colorado – Sarasota, FL - Solvang, CA – and Central Wisconsin, RDP has positioned themselves close to the majority of their major marketplaces.

In a business environment where many companies are “downsizing” and eliminating offices and personnel, Resort Data Processing’s commitment to the new regional office in Wisconsin solidifies their desire to stay in touch with their customers and their evolving needs.  RDP has also added five new Support Techs in the past year to assist with both customer service and the increasing demand of their Property Management Software application.

Scott Hixon, recently appointed Vice President of Sales for RDP, sees this as a benefit to both RDP and their potential clients. “With more and more companies relying on video conferencing and web demonstrations, RDP wants to differentiate ourselves by doing things the old fashioned way; a face-to-face meeting, a handshake, and more importantly, to get the opportunity to know our clients.”  Hixon also points out that, “RDP can communicate with our sales team via video conferencing and conference calls, but why should we communicate with our customers that way? RDP has been meeting our customers face to face since 1981. We have been successful with this model, and we don’t see a reason to change this now.”

Matt LaDuke, Support Manager and Michigan native also sees this as an excellent way to keep in touch with the current RDP customer base.  “With over 800 customers, it is challenging to keep each customer up to date with our continuous improvements and enhancements.  By having an RDP representative close by our customers, it helps not only with communication but to establish our identity. We are not just voices on the other end of the phone,” said Matt LaDuke. “With over 25 customers within two hours of the new regional office, and another 40 within a short drive from Central Wisconsin, it makes sense for us to have a presence for these properties.  RDP customers deserve more than just a phone number to call if they need help. RDP wants someone at their door to maintain that relationship.”
