Kristin Jacobs for Congress Embroiled in Illegal Multimillion Dollar Land Grab Conspiracy

However Kristin Jacobs has been revealed to have played a part in a massive multimillion dollar land grab conspiracy in Broward County coined ‘Pompano Beach CRA Gate,’ and the effect on her campaign is yet to be known.

Pompano Beach CRA Gate involves a decade long systemized taking of prime land from resident homeowners, businesses, and churches by an unauthorized agency without powers of eminent domain in Pompano Beach, Florida. Land was forcibly seized from countless legal owners through forging of documents and deeds, falsifying records, threats, intimidation, misuse of code enforcement, false lawsuits, and staged trials. While the investigation into Pompano Beach CRA Gate is not yet complete and it seems the dust is far from settling, it has already become clear that while sitting as Commissioner of Broward County, Kristin Jacobs was indeed aware of the illegal land seizures, was complicit through inaction under her purview, and has been furthering the crime in her position as current Vice Mayor of Broward County to expand, re-designate and develop those lands.

This comes at a time when in a recent campaign ad, a feminine and casually dressed Jacobs says, “If we want to change Congress, we have to change the type of people we are sending to Washington. As a mom, community activist, and County Commissioner I have a record of bringing people together.” With the news of Jacobs’ land grab involvement, voters who were familiar with the once lively, now decimated community of Pompano Beach are starting to demand answers.

This 22nd Congressional District race is of national interest as it is considered necessary for the Democrats looking to obtain 25 more seats for a majority in the US House and as recent redistricting in Florida has altered the political landscape. A career county commissioner approaching her term limits, Jacobs announced her candidacy for the 22nd District after seated Representative Allen West opened the spot in his decision to run in a more Republican-friendly district (18th) to the north. Jacobs has already taken heat in the press during the race for using her current commission position to fundraise from super lobbyists with active business before the county.

Former Mayor of West Palm Beach and Florida Congresswoman Democrat Lois Frankel was already in the race against West and now faces Kristin Jacobs in the Democratic primary. During the last three months campaign reports reveal Lois Frankel has out raised Jacobs two to one and that Jacobs spent more than she raised in the quarter. Republican and former Florida House Majority Leader Adam Hasner also joined the race when West changed districts and is now running unopposed. Hasner outraised both Democrats while not having to compete in a primary.
