Executive resume writer and Career service on-boards virtual intern for summer

July 18, 2012 - PRLog -- Tina Nicolai, CEO and Founder of Resume Writers’ Ink®, was seeking a summer intern for her Orlando, Florida based executive resume writing and career service business while Amanda Conradie was seeking a summer internship. “Whoever said an intern needs to be sitting in the same office is thinking old school,” commented Nicolai.  “With a 75% virtual client base, it made sense to hire a virtual intern!”
Amanda Conradie, has 15+ years of experience in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, leading teams, developing team members, training, and reviewing resumes. Amanda on-boarded with Resume Writers’ Ink in June to gain more experience in technical writing and industrial design. While working full-time, Amanda earned a Bachelors of Science degree from Bellevue University in Communication.  She is currently finishing her Masters degree in Educational Technology Leadership from The George Washington University.  
Wearing many hats is second nature for Amanda. She is the founder of Tutoring by Amanda (tutoringbyamanda.yolasite.com) where she provides literacy tutoring to students. Additionally, Amanda is a retail manager, and a writer.  She joined the Résumé Writers’ Ink team in a newly created role as Virtual Intern with a specialized focus in Technical Writing. Amanda’s experience in leadership boast making her mark with retailers such as at Lechter’s, Pacific Sunwear, Victoria’s Secret, and DSW.
