Tinkers & Thinkers, Inc. Announces Global Launch, Executive Team Additions

Tinkers & Thinkers, Inc. is the nation’s latest and idea submission company and they’re finding out that innovation is alive and well in the United States.   Founded in the fall of 2011, Tinkers & Thinkers is garnering a steady and growing stream of ideas from innovators and inventors that will either make their way to market or go back to the drawing board for more work in hopes of being launch-ready.  

“I just want to say I am truly amazed at the quality of submissions we are getting at Tinkers & Thinkers Inc. To be honest I thought we would be getting more hair brained ideas that we would have to sort through example: crazy submits like underwater basket weaving gloves or something. We decided to put a small application fee ($25) to the process to make it more serious for people submitting their ideas, concepts and inventions”, said Tobias Ritesman, CEO of Tinkers & Thinkers, Inc.

“Plus I think people are starting to see we are the only global idea submission company on the planet right now that as you submit your idea, concept or invention, a Non-Disclosure Agreement is generated between us and them automatically when they submit and emailed a copy right after for their records so they KNOW their idea is protected,” says Ritesman.

“We’re planning to add a unique crowd funding type platform later this year along with many other innovations to help speed along getting products and inventions to market,“ says Ritesman.

When asked about the types of submissions and their viability, Ritesman says, “Thus far we have not been disappointed. It’s good to know America still has the grit and drive to be innovative. Even more so impressive is how many of you out there have great ideas that could turn into profitable ventures.  I am very glad I put this company together.  It's a great feeling sorting through all these wonderful ideas and thinking how we can make them happen!”

Tinkers & Thinkers, Inc. is headquartered in Sioux Falls, SD, and is pleased to announce the newest members of their executive management team and board of advisors.  

Tobias Ritesman, CEO, has been a consultant to Google, Yahoo!, MSN, E-Bay, Citibank, Governments, high net-worth individuals and numerous start-up companies. He has a diverse background and a very unique group of skill sets which have been applied to see the goals of his clients accomplished and contributing to the overall success of their ventures.  Ritesman is also the current CEO of The Tiger Consultant, Inc., an international consulting firm that deals with complex issues that arise for fortune 500 companies and wealthy individuals in the private sector.

Craig Stimmel, COO, brings his 35+ years of professional business experience as a management analyst, business consultant; business appraiser & M&A (mergers and acquisitions) expert helping client businesses achieve success. Focusing on implementing new or enhancing existing internal systems and procedures, Stimmel significantly enhances a company's ability to compete and increase profitability over time.

Anthony Cole, VP of Operations and a Lieutenant in the US Navy, brings an innate ability to assimilate the skills and knowledge necessary for any given assignment in order to motivate and inspire others to achieve mission success.  Cole will ensure Tinkers & Thinkers, Inc.’s continued success by building future leaders who will continue to grow and lead others.

Ellee Nestegard, Director of Social Media, brings nearly two decades of marketing and client relations experience to Tinkers & Thinkers, Inc.  She realizes that in order to become an effective entrepreneur one needs to master a vast array of different skills and knows this from personal experience as the owner of several successful business ventures.  

The Board of Advisors consists of Axel Tillmann and Douglas Bachelor.  
Tillman is a leader with outstanding accomplishments in the communications and software industries. He demonstrate profitable results in building and expanding business opportunities by developing successful sales teams and marketing strategies and has a proven track record of successfully building and expanding direct and channel sales.
