Grant's Kitchen Joins HealthyDiningFinder.com, Provides Dietitian-Approved Menu Options

Launched by restaurant veteran Chef Grant Nooe, Grant’s Kitchen is a fast casual restaurant that takes pride in serving good comfort-food fast.  Grant’s Kitchen offers a wide variety of entrees and sides with both tradition and the health of guests in mind.  This is now underscored by its participation in the Eat Healthy Mississippi initiative, announced earlier this year, and the HEALTHY DINING PROGRAM. The dietitian-approved menu item available at Grant’s Kitchen is a fresh filet of tilapia steamed with lemon juice and olive oil then served with a crisp and cool cucumber salad and melt-in-your-mouth-roasted sweet potatoes as sides. To be included on HealthyDiningFinder.com, each menu item must meet specific levels of calories, fat, saturated fat, and other nutrient levels.

Grant’s Kitchen is now one of over 300 member restaurants in the HEALTHY DINING PROGRAM who are providing a dietitian-approved menu options for their guests. HEALTHY DINING promotes restaurants nationwide – fast food to fine dining – and is providing health-conscious Americans an online and mobile resource that features accurate nutrition information, recipes, and tips for dining out healthy.  HEALTHY DINING is delighted to welcome Grant’s Kitchen as the newest member of this national nutrition initiative.
