July 25, 2012 - PRLog -- Take your special occasion, holiday party, or corporate retreat to Pier 45! From intimate receptions and dinners in Pier 45's Restaurant,  there is something for everyone at our facility, all overlooking the beautiful Charlotte Harbor. We specialize in Holiday Parties.

Located on the lower level of Pier 45 at the Port, The Waterside features more than 3400 square feet of adaptable indoor space, plus an outdoor veranda to accommodate up to 190 guests.

The Charter Room features nearly 900 square feet, and can seat up to 40 people and is located on the upper level of Pier 45 at the Port
