July 30, 2012 - PRLog -- Westport Whiskey & Wine presents The Jennifer Horne Art Premiere 2012, Thursday, August 23, 2012.

A special Meet the Artist reception is planned during the weekly Thursday Open Bottle Night Wine & Spirits Tasting from 6:30 to 8:00 pm. The reception will feature food by DiFabio’s Casapella.

A local artist, Jennifer Horne has studied at the University of Louisville and uses mediums such as, block prints, screen prints, dry point etchings, water color, oil paint, and photography. She is displaying a plethora of art, from intricate etchings to beautiful photography of her travels throughout the world. One of her featured block prints was selected by the University of Louisville to appear in an exhibition held at the Hite Art Museum in 2010. Her work is extremely diverse and has great meaning within each piece. Included with this release is a Jennifer Horne original called “Pastiche”.
