Polsinelli Shughart Adds Andrew Speciale to its Corporate Law Team in the St. Louis Area

Aug. 2, 2012 - PRLog -- Polsinelli Shughart has expanded its corporate law team with the addition of Andrew C. Speciale as an associate. Speciale focuses his practice on general corporate matters, assisting clients in a variety of industries and with issues such as business entity formation, governance, mergers and acquisitions, and succession planning.

The downtown St. Louis resident said he is thrilled with his new position and that Polsinelli Shughart is perfect for his experience and interests. Admitted to both the Missouri and Illinois bar associations, he will serve clients in Polsinelli’s offices located in downtown St. Louis, Mo. and Edwardsville, Ill.

Speciale earned his law degree summa cum laude from Southern Illinois University School of Law in 2006. He graduated magna cum laude from Washington University in St. Louis with a bachelor’s degree in accounting in 2002. He is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, Edwardsville Rotary Club, the Midwest Collegiate Officials Association and the Southwestern Illinois Athletic Officials Association.
