From quick day trips to extended long weekends, Westchester County is an easily accessible destination with so much to offer.

“From music and art to biking, waterfront parks and amazing restaurants and hotels, there really is something for everyone,” said County Executive Robert P. Astorino. “So tell your friends and family to ‘Meet Me in Westchester’ and have fun experiencing it all.”

Music is in the air in Westchester this summer. In downtowns, at shopping malls, concert venues and parks, enjoy jazz, gospel, soul, blues, rock, funk, hip hop and more – there’s something happening almost every night! Spend Thursdays in August enjoying Sunset Jazz at Lyndhurst featuring performances by Jazz Forum Arts. http://lyndhurst.org.  Friday nights in downtown Yonkers feature Jazz, Blues & More, with acclaimed acts such as Lao Tizer and Joe Abba and the Identity Crisis. http://www.YonkersDowntown.com.
