Beginner Boot Camp Retreat - No Experience Necessary

The focus is health and fitness for the beginner exerciser with a vast array of classes including cardio kick boxing, beach boot camp sessions, functional training, yoga, pilates, nutrition, stress reduction and more.

Margot Rutigliano, founder of Vita Vie Retreat, felt a great need to introduce a program specifically for beginner exercisers. Vita Vie Retreat, known for their high intensity fitness camp programs, is growing in the direction of having retreats focused on a specific topic with the Beginner Boot Camp program as the first to be launched. With a growing awareness and concern for health, weight loss and fitness, Rutigliano decided it was time to share her advice and expertise in the area she knows many people need help with... lifestyle and weight management for beginners. "Beginner exercisers usually don't even know where to begin so this retreat aims to offer them a starting place and help get them on a structured path to reach their goals," said Ms. Rutigliano.

Get ready to sweat and be challenged with a jam packed schedule of cardio, beach conditioning and strength sessions. That isn't all that is included in the six-night fitness vacation. Guests will also enjoy informational sessions including nutrition, stress reduction techniques and lifestyle planning.  nSpa, the spa on site at the Marriott Delray Beach, is available for massage, body work, skin, nail and hair care. All the hard work pays off with a little relaxation in the spa's luxurious relaxation area and spa terrace with ocean views.
The retreat holds all programs at the Marriott Delray Beach, a triple AAA four diamond resort, located in Delray Beach, FL. The resort offers tropical luxury and features three restaurants, two pools (one adults only), full service spa, laundry facilities, dry cleaning service, concierge and more. Delray Beach, a quaint and eclectic town, offers shopping and sightseeing all within walking distance from the hotel.

Six-night stays at the retreat cost $2590 per person single occupancy or $1890 per person double occupancy and include all meals and activities, taxes and service fees. Private retreats for groups can be arranged as well with a minimum of 6 people in the party.
