She was formerly the manager of another national insurance office in Naples for six years and brings additional depth and breadth to the agency’s distinguished team of experienced property, casualty, and life insurance agents. She holds the Florida 4-40 (Property & Casualty) and 2-15 (Life, Health and Variable Annuities) state insurance licenses.

Originally from Puerto Rico, Ms. Ortiz-Nunez speaks fluent Spanish. She first came to the United States with her family at seven years of age and attended school in Detroit, Michigan. Following college at Wayne State University, she went to work at Verizon and advanced to a management position in its call center before moving to Florida in 2005.
