Aug. 14, 2012 - PRLog -- Zorg Biogas engineers developed a new time-saving technology of raw materials’ processing that improves capacity of its biogas plants.

“Solid bunker loaders have lately been used in the industry by majority of biogas construction companies,” – comment Zorg Biogas representatives. – “However, the technology has a number of disadvantages, such as mixing screw breakdown, bunker wall corrosion and insufficient feedstock preparation.”

New technology employs a preliminary tank: solid wastes, used as raw materials, are mixed with liquid supplement for digestion with 9 to 1 ratio. Mixture is then heated to 25 C.  Preliminary tank functions both as a feeder and as a hydrolysis reactor of aerobic type.
