Michael Vicar Appointed to Lead SIPP International Industries, Inc. as President/CEO

Aug. 15, 2012 - PRLog -- LAS VEGAS, NV.  (PR WIRE RELEASE)  SIPP International Industries, Inc. (OTC Markets trading symbol "SIPN") has appointed Michael Vicar of Dania, Florida as it's new President/CEO amidst the mounting frustration of current shareholders who claim, "they have been kept in the dark far too long."

SIPP, a fully developed, publicly traded company is parent to four divisions which are listed in their disclosure statements as "au" Le Cadeau Natural Mountain Spring Water, La Bonne Table Gourmet Dinner Entrees, the Z-CAC Controlled Atmosphere Container, and Newport Creek Hospitality.

In an interview with the Chairman, Gregg Pearson in May of this year, he reported, "The final stage funding that we were pursuing that did not take place was a blow to our overall business plan."  However, it was recently discovered that the company has since entered into an agreement with a hedge fund group to raise the necessary funds to move forward.
Several attempts have been made at contacting Mr.  Pearson to verfy the current funding status of the company, but phone calls were not returned.

In a recent conversation with Chef Homer Lee Thomas, host of the SIPP television production "So You Wanna Be A Chef???!!!" he stated, "After the misfortune with that supposed Investor Relations firm out of Toronto... it created a tremendous set back.  These guys scammed the compny out of four million shares of stock, dumped them on the market and took off.  The stock price went from $2.75 a share down to $.01."  Asked if the company  was insolvent....  "Look... the company is alive and well.  Our business model hasn't  changed and our plans are the same.  The only thing that changed was our share price which had a profound impact on our shareholders.  But, we're all confident that we'll recover from that."  When asked about the appointment of Michael Vicar as President, Chef Homer stated, "It is no secret that Mr. Vicar and SIPP have been talking for months.  Whatever is decided between SIPP and Mr. Vicar, is something that is between them.  He surely fits the mold and would be a great leader.  I'm sure they will make an announcement when they are ready."
