Jellybeans of Cary and Jellybeans of North Raleigh are pleased to announce the introduction of the new Elementary School Scholastic Hockey League. Open to all Wake County elementary schools, the league will begin play on November 4, 2012 and end with the league championship game in February, 2013. All games, practices, and clinics will be held at both Jellybeans of Cary and Jellybeans of North Raleigh.

Additionally, Jellybeans of Cary and Jellybeans of North Raleigh are announcing an enhanced “Learn-To-Play Program” for first-time and/or interested players, running from September 17, 2012 through November 6, 2012. This program for ages 5-10 will be led by coaches and instructors with years of youth hockey experience. Jellybeans of North Raleigh will continue their House League Programs for ages 8 to 18. A new Adult League is also being formed.

Bob Boucher will also be taking over these programs using his experience and expertise to take them to new heights.

With the success of our local NHL franchise, Carolina Hurricanes, hockey has never been more popular in North Carolina. The mission of these programs is to build the foundation of young players that will continue to grow the interest of hockey in the Triangle area.
