Sept. 17, 2012 - PRLog -- (TULSA, Okla.) – Hundreds of items from three prominent local restaurants – to include restaurant equipment and furniture, antiques, memorabilia and decorations – plus many other items from a large restaurant supply house will be sold at auction on Saturday, Sept. 29, at 10 a.m. (CDT), by Browne Auction Specialists. The auction will be held at the Tulsa Business Park.

The many items were used in the restaurants’ day-to-day operations over the past 30 years and comprise nearly everything needed to equip or upgrade a restaurant. A preview will be held on the morning of the sale, from 8 a.m. until the first gavel comes down at 10 a.m. There will be no Internet bidding. The Tulsa Business Park is located at 7256 East 38th Street in Tulsa, near East 41st Street and South Memorial Drive.

“This auction will attract two audiences – folks from the restaurant industry who will be astounded at the selection presented to them from three established restaurants and a large supply firm and another interested in the many antiques, collectibles and memorabilia items on display,” said Ron Browne of Browne Auction Specialists, headquartered at 2845 East 84th Street in Tulsa.

The restaurant equipment will include a high-end Pasta Magic Italian pasta machine, stainless steel area tables with a sink and cut-out for a beverage machine, two large Master-Bilt walk-in coolers, under-counter stainless steel shelving, over 30 wire shelves, seating booths, benches, flower pots, five fryers, three 1,000-lb. ice bins and hood vent fans.
