Dr. Michael Vold Announces Mission Statement

Sept. 23, 2012 - PRLog -- NORTHBROOK, IL: Dr. Michael Vold, D.D.S., J.D., a dentist practicing in the Northbrook neighbourhood, 25 miles north of Chicago, has released a statement of his office’s mission statement. The statement was released to increase awareness of the need for quality dental care in the field and to display the standard followed by Dr. Vold and his staff.

The statement, also appearing on the company’s website, is being distributed broadly to the general public and reads as follows:

“Our Mission Statement:

We believe oral health significantly influences overall health and that healthy, natural, attractive teeth contribute to a long and healthy life. Our business is the preservation of natural teeth by providing our patients with accurate, comprehensive diagnosis and highly proficient technical skills in a safe and comfortable environment. We are dedicated to making dentistry as pleasant as possible with genuine concern for each individual. Our goal is to treat each patient the way we ourselves would like to be treated!”

Dr. Vold stated “We are dedicated to our Mission Statement, absolutely. Our first goal is to communicate our objectives to our patients so they are fully aware of our objectives when delivering dental care to them. When selecting a dentist, they need to know the level of care that will be taken for their operation so they can be assured of a correct end result. Our second, but most important, goal is taking this statement and putting it into action, ensuring our staff display the level of care that our customers deserve. It is our goal to take these words and carry out effective solutions to our customers dental needs at the highest quality.”

Dr. Michael Vold has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin (1963), a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Northwestern University Dental School (1967) and a Juris Doctor degree from DePaul University College of Law (1980). He served as a dentist in the U.S. Air Force and taught as an Assistant Professor at the University of Illinois, College of Dentistry. Dr. Vold has lectured nationally to many dental groups and has been an active member of numerous dental and legal organizations, such as the American Dental Association, the Illinois State Dental Society, and others. He has received many honors and awards, including Fellowship in the American College of Dentists and the International College of Dentists.
