The company, based in Kirkwood, Mo., has partnered with a number of charitable organizations including Dawson’s Hairless Heroes, St. Baldrick’s Foundation, Shriners Hospital for Children, Melanoma Society and Williams Syndrome Association on specialty seeds. “Seeds of Happiness started out as leftover lumps of clay I made into little smiles to give out to friends who were going through hard times and needed a little smile,” said Mark Borella, founder of Seeds of Happiness. “That was in 2006. Since then I have given out thousands of smiles to folks, a handful at a time. In turn, they share them and their story with friends from around the globe in need of a smile.” Consumers may purchase the limited edition pink seeds by visiting the Seeds of Happiness website: www.seedsofhappiness.com.
