Attorney Alex Rosenthal Included on the 2013 Best Lawyers In America® List

Sept. 26, 2012 - PRLog -- The Best Lawyers® publication’s list recognizes outstanding attorneys who have been chosen and evaluated by their professional peers. Through the selection process, tens of thousands of the country’s leading lawyers evaluate their peers through extensive surveys.  In order to be included on the final published list, candidates are required to maintain a high enough level of votes through multiple rounds of evaluation, according to  Best Lawyers®. The publication has become widely known and respected in the industry for its lists, which provide an unbiased resource for legal referrals.   No fees or purchases are required for inclusion on Best Lawyers® lists.

The 2013 Best Lawyers In America® list includes 50,178 attorneys from 128 practice areas. The list includes lawyers from all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia.  More than 4.3 million detailed evaluations led to this year’s selection. Best Lawyers® partners with major publications, including U.S. News & World Report, for publication of its lists.

This is not the first time Alex Rosenthal has been recognized on the Best Lawyers In America® list. He was also selected for inclusion in 2010, 2011 and 2012 for the practice area of commercial litigation. His selection for the list shows that he is an attorney who stands out from others in his field. Other professional recognitions he has received include an AV peer-review rating by Martindale-Hubbell® for adhering to high professional and ethical standards, as well as being named a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America™.  Less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers is invited to become members of the Litigation Counsel for America™.

Alex Rosenthal practices law in the areas of business counseling and transactions, with an  emphasis on contracts, fraud, employment law, real estate litigation and complex commercial landlord-tenant litigation. He represents clients in both state and federal courts, and handles both trial and appellate matters. The Seventeenth Judicial Circuit has also certified the attorney as an arbitrator in and for Broward County in Florida.

Alex Rosenthal received his law degree from the University of Florida's College of Law in 1989 and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Virginia in 1986.
