Aerofil Technology Announces Signing of Business Continuity Agreement with United Industries Corp.

Oct. 2, 2012 - PRLog -- Aerofil Technology, Inc. recently announced a business continuity agreement with United Industries Corporation, (a subsidiary of Spectrum Brands Holdings, Inc.), which provides additional assurances of continuity in the event of a catastrophe. The two long-standing companies have agreed to act in support of one another if there is a catastrophic interruption of either business due to tornadoes, earthquakes or other calamities. United Industries Corporation, based in St. Louis, Missouri, and Aerofil Technology, Inc., based in Sullivan, Missouri, are involved in the manufacture of liquid and aerosol consumer products for the cleaning, personal care, pesticide and automotive care markets.
