Broadgate Mainland highly commended in PR Week Best Places to Work 2012 Awards

Oct. 5, 2012 - PRLog -- The awards recognised the company’s commitment to flexible working practices and its development programme which is tailored to the ambitions and learning style of each employee. PRWeek singled out the firm's flexible working hours and highlighted its benefits package, including a six per cent contribution to pensions on top of salaries and private healthcare.

The PRWeek Best Places to Work awards for the UK PR industry take place annually and nearly 100 companies entered this year. Broadgate Mainland was one of four agencies shortlisted for their staff development and HR practices in the small agency category for companies with up to 29 members of staff.

Broadgate Mainland’s commendation builds on the recent success of gaining Investors in People (IIP) Bronze status. This is one of the advanced accreditations within the IIP scheme, which are only achieved by around 10% of companies who participate in the programme. The accreditation was testament to the commitment of the firm to develop its staff and provide a healthy and enjoyable workplace environment.
