Stanford Hotels Corporation Announces Plans for Hyatt Place Times Square

Oct. 11, 2012 - PRLog -- 41st Midtown LLC announced today that a franchise agreement has been signed with an affiliate of Hyatt Hotels Corporation for a 130-room hotel Hyatt Place hotel in New York’s Times Square. The hotel will be located at 120 West 41st Street between 6th Avenue and Broadway, and will be across the street from the Bank of America Tower, one block from Times Square, and in close proximity to Avenue of the Americas, one of the densest office corridors in New York. Construction on the 24-story building is expected to commence in the second quarter of 2013. Stanford Hotels Corporation will manage the hotel.
