BEST to Hold BGA Rework Webinar 11/27 and 12/4

Oct. 25, 2012 - PRLog -- Rolling Meadows, IL. BEST Inc announce a 2 part webinar series on BGA rework. This (2) part series is geared towards those wanting to learn the basic and intermediate skills of BGA rework. These sessions are designed for rework, soldering and QC personnel who are just beginning to  rework BGAs or who want to improve their respective yields in performing BGA rework. The scope of this class will be on the rework of PBGA packages.

BEST will develop the following topics in this class:

1. Rework Process including: removal, site dressing, placement, reflow, cleaning and inspection

2. Equipment

3. Material Set

4. Unlucky 13 “Gotchas” of BGA Rework including damaging the mask, part reballing, pad repair and many others.
