Why should i attend a patient hands-on surgical implant course?

These hands-on have served to teach clinical surgical skills.

These conventional courses filled an important didactic function but unfortunately they have created a "clinical gap" between theory and clinical reality. This is confirmed by the fact that a large majority of Doctors that have taken conventional courses have failed to feel confident to begin performing implant surgeries in their private practices.
