Elevations - As the details of the electrical, plumbing and cabinets take shape on the floor plan, we will also begin to develop the elevations of the plan. The elevations are the front, left, right and rear of the home as viewed from street level. The floor plan dictates the elevations to a large degree and knowing the expectations for the elevations in advance drives the development of the floor plan. Final plan, final selections, and final price. As the pricing is constantly updated at each major milestone in the Plan Design Process, the final contract price will come as no shock to our clients.
