Dev Information Technology, broadens Managed IT Services by acquiring Canada based DRS Technologies

Oct. 31, 2012 - PRLog -- On October 25th 2012, in Ahmedabad, Dev Information Technology Pvt. Ltd. (DEVITPL) acquired Canadian company DRS Technologies Managed IT Division.

Dev Information Technology Pvt. Ltd, has been in existence since 1997 and provides high quality Managed IT Services to its clients all over India.

It is a leading provider of IT services in the state and continues to expand its Managed IT Solutions and Services offerings. The company is focused and striving to become one of the top SMB IT service provider and this acquisition comes as a step towards the same.  

Under the terms of the agreement, effective December 01st 2012, Dev Information Technology Pvt. Ltd. will assume DRS Technologies’s existing Managed IT Services, client contracts and leverage its resources to expand delivery of those services to a wider base of North America businesses.  In addition, DRS Technologies’s Managed IT Services team will leverage on state-of-art facility and technological expertise of Dev Information Technology Pvt. Ltd.

Headquartered in Toronto, Canada, DRS Technologies provide innovative comprehensive solutions for server, application and desktop managed services.
