“Christmas In Compton” Movie Premiere Coming to Baldwin Hills Rave Theaters

Oct. 31, 2012 - PRLog -- The highly anticipated holiday film, “Christmas In Compton” starring Omar Gooding will open in Los Angeles, New York, Dallas, Philadelphia and Atlanta on November 9, 2012, however; before the grand release there will be a star studded Premiere at the “Rave Cinema Baldwin Hills Crenshaw 15 Theaters” 4020 Marlton Ave in Los Angeles.          

Red carpet arrivals begin at 6:00pm.

In addition to the cast, crew and other celebrity guest being in attendance, 200 tickets went on sale to the general public for a very affordable $10.  Tickets can be purchased at http://www.tugg.com/events/2101.

“Christmas In Compton” is the story of BIG EARL, the owner of a Christmas tree lot in Compton, and a man with a big heart and a big vision, demands success from everyone around him. All kinds of trouble erupts the week before Christmas when his son, DERRICK, part-time music producer and part-time Christmas tree lot employee, crosses the line to prove to Big Earl that he is a success. The colorful characters that populate the tree lot cause additional complications for Derrick as he tries to solve his problems secretly. Things spiral out of Derrick's control, jeopardizing the survival of the lot, and more importantly, his relationship with his father. What Derrick needs is a miracle; a Christmas miracle in Compton.  

The film also stars Keith David, Sheryl Lee Ralph, Miguel Nunez and Eric Roberts.
