New Squier Vintage Modified Telecaster Bass Now in the UK

Nov. 1, 2012 - PRLog -- UK bass players rejoice, the new Squier Vintage Modified Telecaster Bass range has now been released. The new bass guitars by Squier are available in 2 models, Standard and Special. Squier has made improvements to the new Vintage Modified Telecaster range of bass guitars, including a slight reshaping of the neck and improved resonance of the bass guitar body. The neck is now medium in length, this change is set to please both guitarists and bass purists alike, it aims to make playing the Squier Bass a more comfortable and intuitive experience for bass players.

The Vintage Modified Tele Bass has a middle switch position which allows the player to deliver a more "modern bass sound". By switching to the neck position the player can achieve a much softer "double bass sound". The three way switcher also means players can switch to a tic-tac baritone. The easy-to-access volume and tone controls make switching sound on-the-fly a seamless experience. Squier have captured as much of the old school feel of the original Tele as possible by including include chrome control knobs, black barrel switch tips, old-school style bridges, and tuners.
