Preston Development Company Names Vanessa Jenkins Executive Vice President

Vanessa is a Master in Residential Marketing (MIRM), a National Association of Home Builders’ distinction. She is an active member of the Raleigh – Wake County Home Builders Association and has served on its Board of Directors for the past six years. A licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker, Vanessa joined Preston Development Company in 1991. Vanessa serves as the liaison between builders, neighborhoods, sales teams, and marketing implementation for Preston Development Company, and has been instrumental in the recognition of Preston Development Company via numerous local, regional, and statewide awards over the years. Prior to joining Preston Development Company, Vanessa was involved in commercial leasing and commercial property management.
