Luxury, femininity, and sophistication are the identifying features of Chopard's 2012 Eyewear and Sunwear collection, Exclusively at Engle Eyewear. This collection, just like past ones, celebrates the combination between the refined design of glasses and the high end jewelry creations of the Swiss Maison. The 2012 Sunglass collection draws inspiration from the exclusive details of the IMPERIALE watch collection: a feminine, refined, modern and timeless collection where elegance is conveyed by the combination between simplicity and exclusivity. The curved and thin DAUPHINE hands are reproduced as decorations on the temples of plastic models; the logomania of the dial is silkscreen printed on temples, double bridges and temple tips; hinges are embellished with Swarovski stones; and the curvature of the watch case is proposed on some metal temples. The exclusive and unique lotus flower shape of the winder decorates the temples in some models and is embellished on the side with Swarovski crystals and with the refined, enameled "C" in the centre. Shiny metal frames are proposed in traditional gunmetal, palladium, bronze, rose gold and gold. Acetate models, instead, feature exclusive colors with a marbled effect and shaded pastel hues: soft, not solid colors. There are a wide range of styles and colors that have a high impact, just like Chopard's IMPERIALE collection of watches and jewels. Both are perfect for a glamorous woman who also wants to be extremely elegant and sophisticated.

"Determination, class and quality" these are the identifying features of Chopard Men's Eyewear collection. The models are inspired by the long-standing and renowned collaboration between Chopard and the "Mille Miglia" vintage car race, which the brand's iconic watch collection is dedicated to.  Rubber tire details characterize double bridges and temples. Most models are in metal. Two limited edition styles in titanium with gold are particularly exclusive and unique.

Chopard Eyewear is inspired by a multitude of leitmotifs. Women's eyewear picks up on the precious details of the IMPERIALE watch collection, with its feminine, elegant, contemporary yet timeless style. Frames for prescription eyewear, in square or elongated shapes, elegantly combine simplicity with exclusiveness. Metal is the predominant material, in gradations of bronze, pink gold and yellow gold. Acetate appears in fashion frames in exclusive colors with marbled and graduated effects. The fine curved DAUPHINE hands typical of Chopard's Imperial watches are reproduced in the form of ornaments on the temples. The same detail appears embellished with rhinestones on the hinge. The prevalent color is royal purple, the hue typically associated with the Imperial Age. It appears both in the acetate and in the choice of stones.

Class, quality and a sporty yet elegant touch are the keys to Chopard's men's Eyewear collection. Some of the metal frames in the collection have rubber-coated temples like the details on Chopard's Mille Miglia watches, while others have valuable wooden temples.
