As a result of his business experience, he has broadened his expertise within a number of industries, including electrical utilities, telecommunications, road and highway construction, heavy equipment, manufacturing, trucking and railroads. While in law school, he focused his studies on corporate affairs and the development and financing of energy and technology related projects. He also participated in an Innovation Advancement Clinic, where he provided legal and business consulting services to emerging companies. Baker earned his B.S. in business management and his J.D. magna cum laude from Arizona State University. Baker is licensed to practice in Texas.
