This eps/rockwool insulated sandwich panel production line was designed and built under CE approval to produce as many as 7 different roofing/wall sandwich panels with both EPS block and rockwool strips as the core materials for one of our customers in Estonia of Europe. We are expereinced in designing and building various types of insulated sandwich panel production lines,such as II Type,V Type, VI Type,and VII Type,with the materials PPGI,EPS Block and Rockwool strips and all the types of our lines get the CE approved. An insulated sandwich panel production line generall consists of 3 manual uncoilers (II Type line has no uncoiler), 1 roll forming machine (No roll former for II Type,and for some lines a double layer roll forming machine is required),EPS/Rockwool feeding table,glue mixing device,heating device,main composing machine,fly-saw tracking cutter,and runout tables. Under the advanced PLC control system,this insulated sandwich panel machine line is able to run fully automatically and cut the finished products without stopping.
