Maddie Gardner Launches Clothing Line

World Champion and cheerleading superstar Maddie Gardner (http://maddiegardner.com/) will debut her clothing line, the Maddie Gardner Collection, on November 16, 2012. The international cheerleading star collaborated on the collection with Kick’s Athletics (http://kicksathleticks.com/nos-boutiques/), a Montreal-based cheer boutique. Together they have created a line of trendy, unique workout wear including tank tops, shorts, and warm-ups.

“I’m so excited to share this collection with everyone,” said Gardner. “Designing it was such a fun process, and I am proud of what we have created. I believe that the collection is an extension of my personal style and passion for cheer.”

Gardner visited Kick’s Athletics in Montreal October 19 to 22 to create and design new looks for the Maddie Gardner Collection and settle finial details about the deal. While in Montreal, Gardner hosted a meet and greet with hundreds of Canadian cheerleaders in attendance. She also participated in a cheer instruction session and hosted interviews with major Canadian Cheer teams. Cheer Channel executives, Cindy Villarreal and Lance Robbins were also in attendance along with a small film crew, gathering footage for Gardner’s new Cheer Channel television series, Cheer Mashup.

The Maddie Gardner Collection will be sold around the world through Kick’s online shop and the Official Maddie Gardner website. Gardner’s collaboration with Kick’s Athletics marks her second international licensing agreement and a venture to spread her passion and talent for the cheer industry across the world.  

About Maddie Gardner:

Maddie Gardner is an All-Star American cheerleader from Mount Airy, North Carolina. Gardner began cheering at age 6 with Cheer Extreme and is now one of the most popular and recognizable athletes in the industry. In 2005, her Junior L5 All Girl team won first place at NCA All-Star Nationals. Shortly after, she was asked to join the Senior Elite L5 All Girl team and they were crowned champions of Cheerleading Worlds in 2010 and 2012. Gardner is currently a freshman cheerleader at University of North Carolina.
