Embark Safety Adds Distracted Driving Training Lesson to Curb Driver Inattention

Drivers who use hand-held devices are 4 times more likely to get into crashes serious enough to injure themselves. The most recent data available by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) in 2010, shows that 18 percent of all police-reported crashes (fatal, injury-only and property-damage-only) involved reports of distracted driving.
