Dr. Gail Hayes Presents The Handle Your Business Girl Empowerment Zone

Dec. 4, 2012 - PRLog -- Durham, NC---Her energy is contagious--infectious even. She is Dr. Gail McClain Hayes, an international speaker, author of over 20 books, character education consultant for both The Durham Public Schools and UNC Public Television, mother of 2 teenagers and business owner. "Dr. Gail", as she is known as by thousands, is the founder and CEO of The Handle Your Business Girl Empowerment Zone™.  The name of the business enterprise came about as she coached women, assisting them with their business and writing projects. She kept telling them "to go handle their business!" That singular message resonated with her coaching clientele--no matter their background, so Dr. Gail Hayes made the executive decision to register the phrase as her business entity.

The Handle Your Business Girl Empowerment Zone (HYBG)™ consists of several components:

* Handle Your Business Girl University™

* Precious! Pretty! Powerful! The Triple P Girls Institute™

* The Handle Your Business Girl Publishing and Anthology Project™

The Handle Your Business Girl University™ encompasses the training and certification one receives to become a Master Life Coach. The curriculum was developed and written by Dr. Hayes, and she is the instructor as well. "The goal is to eventually have some of the master coaches I train to become instructors themselves", states Hayes.

The Triple P Girls Institute™ is the manifestation of what Hayes already does in The Durham Public Schools , with her character education and anti-bullying initiatives. Young girls in their pre-teenage years are the target of the Institute, with the goal of empowering them to become leaders, and to help their peers diffuse bullying situations.

The Handle Your Business Girl Publishing and Anthology Project™, will be the publishing arm of The Handle Your Business Girl Empowerment Zone, for those women desiring to become published authors. "There will be some authors who simply have a story to tell, and they can do so within our Anthology Project. Everyone has a story to tell, and The Handle Your Business Girl Empowerment Zone's publishing division will help make that happen", says Hayes.

To be certain Dr. Gail Hayes has ghost-written and coached men with their writing projects as well, "I don't want the men that I've served to think that I am abandoning them. It's just that under the HYBG umbrella, I'm focusing on my sisters."  Indeed, Hayes has even developed and trained young male students in her MAP™ program, which is an acronym for Mighty! Awesome! Powerful!™ She has incorporated this unique program into the character education component that she has taught to the young males in The Durham Public Schools.
