Decorate our spacious ballroom to fit the feel of your wedding. Whether it's casual or formal, modern or vintage, our event coordinator, Sharina Pankratz, is delighted to help you plan your wedding reception. Sharina can help you with all the details from customizing your menu to overseeing the set-up of your ballroom.

Free Ballroom Rental*
On Fridays, there is a $3,500 food and beverage minimum.
On Saturday, there is a $5,000 food and beverage minimum.

Ballroom rental includes:

limited set-up and tear-down of the ballroom
free parking for your guests
complimentary gift opening room for the following day
16' x 16' dance floor
ten person round tables and a head table
ivory linen table clothes and napkins
skirting for the head, cake and gift tables
complimentary mirror tiles and tea lite candles in glass votives
other items available for rental

A $500 no refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Once your room is reserved, two $500 payments are due 120 and 90 days in advance of your event. The remaining balance is due one week prior to your event.

All food and beverages must be purchased through Rudy's Redeye Grill with the exception of wedding cakes and party favors. There is a $125 cake cutting fee.

There is a non negotiable $200 fee for our security guard service.

Guest Accommodations
Offer your wedding guest a special rate when staying at our hotel. Simply ask us to reserve a block of rooms for your wedding reception. We offer six room types, ranging from Double Queen Rooms to Whirlpool Suites.View hotel rooms. (http://www.whitebearcountryinn.com/rooms.phtml)

Serve Rudy's delicious food at your wedding! Give us the responsibility of making sure you reception dinner goes smoothly. Need to Cancel?
We ask that you notify us 90 days in advance and 180 in advance for Friday or Saturday events. If the appropriate notice is not given, you will be charged the food and beverage minimum for your event. If you are only renting a meeting space, you will just be charged the room rental fee. The $500 deposit is non-refundable.
