Placing third in the Micro Business category (10-49 employees), it is the first time the company has been honored with this prestigious award. It is also the first year in which the company participated.

Recognizing Phoenix Metro area companies that foster a positive work environment, the “Best Place to Work” title is given to organizations that exhibit exceptional engagement and retention, unique employee benefits and strong employee morale.

The annual list is determined through survey results provided voluntarily by company employees. The confidential questionnaire focuses on employee satisfaction in a number of areas, including benefits, culture, communication, policies, and company mission.
