Celebrate Jump Out of Bed Month with Finding Time's Solo-E Certified Expert

Jan. 1, 2013 - PRLog -- January is National Jump Out Of Bed Month and one Solo-E.com certified expert is celebrating and helping other heart-based solopreneurs and small business owners to stay energized and excited to jump out of bed each morning with inspiration and purpose.

“It’s not enough to have a business as a solo professional,” says Paula Eder, owner of Finding Time in Francestown, New Hampshire.   “To achieve success, you need to focus on what gets you excited each and every day – what gets you to jump out of bed, ready to take on the challenges ahead.”

Eder is one of 50 solo professionals who have met the requirements of the only international post-graduate certification program for solo entrepreneurs to become a Solo-E.com certified expert.  

“By finding what inspires you in your business – that is, what makes you excited to start your work each day – you’ll not only burst out of bed every morning, but you'll do it before your alarm clock reminds you!” says Terri Zwierzynski, CEO and founder of Solo-E.com.

Both Eder and Zwierzynski recommend a few tips for getting inspired each and every day:

·         Find your passion. “Kids will do anything to avoid going to sleep at night. Why? It’s because they don’t want to miss a thing!” says Solo-E.com Certified Expert Eder.  “As adults, we often lose this excitement because our lives are filled with tasks and to-do lists. The key, then, is to make sure you set fun, life enhancing goals for yourself, and schedule specific ways of achieving them.”

·         Make a daily plan. “If you want to achieve goals, you need a plan that starts right now,” says Zwierzynski. “A plan often is the catalyst for having an awesome, productive day.”

·         Find help and support. “As a solo professional, it’s easy to feel like you live on an island,” says Eder.  “Finding like-minded people who can help you achieve your goals and support you along the way will make a big, big difference.”
