Austin Web Design Firm Fahrenheit Marketing to Donate Web Hosting to 500 Texas Charities

Jan. 3, 2013 - PRLog -- Fahrenheit Marketing, an Austin Web design firm, announces that it will underwrite Web hosting for 500 charities in Texas through its FahrenHosting program.

To qualify for the FahrenHosting program, organizations must currently have a functioning website, serve Texas, in whole or in part, be a registered 501(c)(3) and be willing to let the world know who is donating their Web hosting.

To apply for the FahrenHosting program, qualified nonprofits just need to fill out the contact form on the firm's website before Jan. 31, 2013. If Fahrenheit Marketing receives more than 500 applicants for FahrenHosting by the end of the application period, the marketing agency will select the 500 nonprofits it wants to award free Web hosting to based on the charity’s need and scope.

“We expect that the FahrenHosting program will make a small difference for a lot of organizations,” said Ricardo Casas, the CEO of Fahrenheit Marketing. “Web hosting is something that every nonprofit needs, but it’s yet another yearly expense for charities that are trying to make the most of every dollar they receive. We want to make keeping a website a little easier for nonprofit organizations in Texas.”

The FahrenHosting program won’t require nonprofit organizations to switch hosting services, but will instead pay for the hosting through whichever service the charity currently uses.
