More detailed landgrid and GIS data

Jan. 7, 2013 - PRLog -- US Land Grid is pleased to announce the official launch of our online Oil and Gas GIS database (http://www.uslandgrid.com). This new online datastore gives Oil and Gas companies instant access to our pre-processed Landgrid, Tax Parcels (surface ownership), Geology and Web Mapping Streams (WMS). All datasets are available for immediate download, by the county or by the state, and all come in a standardized datamodel that transcends all of our GIS data. In adddition, multiple formats and datums are delivered without charge. The data downloaded is owned (not leased) by our customers and can live within their projects forever. We also automatically backup your order for repeatable uncharged access in the future.

OUR ONLINE GIS DATASETS INCLUDE:

Landgrid:
Customers who download our instant PLSS landgrid receive the full picture of layers including sections, townships, lots, quarters, surveys and waters (it's the most complete one package landgrid). The cost per county (all inclusive layers) is $100 while the cost per state is $1,500 (state datasets are delivered by the state and individual counties). Texas Land Survey:
Our Texas land survey data layers include abstracts, blocks, sections, surveys and sub-surveys. Per county cost is $100 with the Texas state cost at $2,000. The datamodel (attribute information) shares the same structure as the PLSS landgrid for ease of use and integration. Tax Parcels and Property Information:
US Land Grid Tax Parcels (sometimes called surface ownership) provide an extra layer of land information that acts as the glue between landgrid and fee leases. Our detailed property information gives a complete tax picture while also adhering to our robust datamodel. Focused on oil and gas producing areas, our tax parcels range in date from 2010-2011 with the price per county at $250.
