Prior to joining John Marshall Bank, Heather was a Senior Vice President for four years at Essex Bank, where she directed the Loss-Share Program and managed a team of seven people responsible for residential and commercial assets. “John Marshall Bank has definitely earned its reputation for financial strength and stability.
