Georgia Governor Endorses First Annual Georgia Entertainment Gala Held Sunday, January 13, 2013

Jan. 9, 2013 - PRLog -- Atlanta, GA –  The First Annual Georgia Entertainment Gala has caught the attention of Georgia's top brass.  Created as a night to celebrate the outstanding achievements and immense talent of those in the state's field of entertainment, Governor Nathan Deal has expressed his appreciation for and support of the cause.    

Governor Deal, who will be receiving an honorary plaque during the prestigious affair, stands firmly behind Georgia's entertainment community as a whole, recognizing the importance of the state's entertainment sector in contributing to his administration's goal of making Georgia the most desirable state in which to do business in the nation:    

“An entire team of fantastic people have helped to propelling Georgia into a top 5 contender within the entertainment field. It is your hard work that brings jobs to our state, boosts our economy and helps us to achieve our goal at making Georgia the number one place in the nation to do business,” he said.

Presented by Autumn Bailey Entertainment, Get Connected and SEMAJ Consulting, Grey Goose Cherry Noir, and Jim Ellis Audi, the awards ceremony, produced by Sunseeker Media, and gala will commence on Sunday, January 13, 2013 at the Georgia World Congress Center | Building A | 285 Andrew Young International Blvd | Atlanta, GA 30313 | 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM.  The event promises to indulge all of the senses while advancing a very worthy cause; a portion of the night's proceeds will be earmarked to benefit the Art program of Bethune Elementary School.

The black tie event will be hosted by Actress Sarah Wayne Callies & Actor Brian White, and will feature a Red Carpet entrance hosted by entertainment maven, Melanie Snare.  Guests at the gala will find themselves immersed in an unforgettable evening of live entertainment, dancing, and networking, while being treated to an assortment of tantalizing hors d'oeuvres and cocktails.
