IIDA South Florida To Host Inaugural Suncon Tradeshow

Jan. 11, 2013 - PRLog -- The International Interior Design Association’s (IIDA) South Florida Chapter announced today that tickets for the SunCon Tradeshow, its premier event for interior and contract furnishing professionals in South Florida, will be available for FREE through February 1, 2013.

The tradeshow, which will take place on February 28, 2013 at Sun Life Stadium in Miami Gardens, is projected to receive hundreds of guests, more than 100 exhibitor booths, continuing education opportunities, and an exciting networking cocktail party. Moreover, SunCon will provide visitors with the opportunity to see, touch and speak with manufacturers about their newest product offerings. The first-ever SunCon Tradeshow is coordinated with a volunteer affiliation between the IIDA South Florida Chapter and Florida manufacturer’s representatives and their distribution partners. It’s a synergistic effort with a singular objective; to inspire the architectural and design community along with volunteer committee members through education, ideas and networking.

“We wanted to develop a show for the Southeast U.S. where qualified designers, knowledgeable decision makers, and motivated buyers could leave with new ideas, design contacts, potential customers, and much more,” said Yvonne Bare, founding member of SunCon and Chair of SunCon 2013.

The exciting, day-long affair will begin at 9 a.m. on February 28, 2013 at Sun Life Stadium, Gate “G” in the Level 200, Club Level and Sky Boxes and will end with a special cocktail for all guests before wrapping up at 8 p.m.

FREE tickets are available at http://sunconflorida.com/ through February 1, 2013 for both the trade show and continuing education courses. Beginning February 2, 2013, there will be a $25 registration fee and a $25 fee for continuing education courses.
