Jan 17, 2013 Mark your calendars to attend Conflict Resolution in Project Management, a free PM Partners workshop set for Friday, February 15th, from 8:30 am to 11:00 am at Harrisburg University of Science and Technology. 'PM Partners' is a semi-structured professional development program that leverages the knowledge and experience ofcolleagues in project management through peer-to-peer learning. It is a partnership between Harrisburg University, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Office of Administration- The PM Partners meet quarterly to explore advanced PM topics using case studies produced and made available by NASA. Each session has a theme and uses facilitators to get the conversation rolling! Join other PMs from government and the private sector in facilitated small group discussions. Pick up best practices and lessons learned through these engaging and insightful conversations with other project management experts. PM Partners is a peer-learning program that allows colleagues to connect, network, and learn from each other. There is no charge to participate in PM Partners and attendees do not need to be affiliated with any of the sponsors to join the meetings! The University offers a master-of-science degree in project management which provides a comprehensive focus on critical project management skills for IT managers. The 36-credit-hour degree program covers essential skills and topics including procurement and risk management, to systems integration and organizational leadership.
