New ITS Academy of Beauty School Ready to Enroll, Style and Color

Jan. 21, 2013 - PRLog -- I.T.S. Academy of Beauty, 2401 S. Stemmons Freeway, Suite 2194 in Vista Ridge Mall is accepting applications for students interested in attending the cosmetology school.

    The school is scheduled to open February 5, but client services will not begin for approximately six weeks after the first students begin their training.

    The 7,484 square foot school offers an upscale salon atmosphere where students perform services under supervision of licensed cosmetology instructor. The new location offers a Point of Sale tracking system that monitors student productivity and sales as well as quality control factors such as wait times for each patron. Cameras are also installed into each classroom to observe instructors during lessons as well as to monitor students’ progress.

    “Our new location will be absolutely gorgeous,” said Margie Wisniski, vice president of operations of I.T.S. Academy of Beauty, “It will look more like an upscale beauty spa and salon than a school.  Also, the cosmetology school’s location in Vista Ridge Mall will help prepare our students to work in the faster-paced environment just like they will experience when they begin their careers as cosmetologists.”

    The facility offers a program in Cosmetology that includes hair, skincare, make-up and nails, as well as an Instructor course outline for those who want to teach. I.T.S. Academy of Beauty offers quality, “real-life” hands-on career training that provide their students with the technical and creative skills to prepare students for an exciting and successful career in cosmetology.
